Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and California court procedures.
• Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Experience with document management systems (iManage and ProLaw a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution.
• Handle subpoenas, medical records, and prepare timelines/summaries.
• Coordinate and manage document productions; discovery; large volume ediscovery.
• Coordinate experts and expert discovery.
• Legal research as needed.
• Support trial preparation (exhibits, binders, pretrial filings).
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Federal and California court rules.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel.
