Qualifikationen

• 4–12 years of experience performing traditional litigation paralegal functions.
• In-person trial support is required.
• Proficient with computerized legal research and document retention databases.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with teams.

Aufgaben

• Prepare complex documents and assist with case workflow coordination.
• Assist in all phases of discovery, including gathering facts, document productions, and depositions preparation.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files for quick access by team members.
• Coordinate court and agency filings, pleadings and briefs, and ensure proper service.
• Assist with trial preparation, including notebooks, exhibits, witness coordination, and calendars.
• Track project status and ensure deliverables are met.
