Tanger is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and General Counsel. The role requires extensive contract knowledge, familiarity with real estate law and civil litigation, and strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and docketing.

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation support experience and drafting capabilities.
• Knowledge of contract and leasing principles relevant to real estate litigation.
• Familiarity with civil procedure, docket management, and court interactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine letters, notices, pleadings, discovery, affidavits, orders, and other legal documents.
• Maintain legal calendaring to ensure timely deadlines and calendar management.
• Coordinate with internal clients, courts, and outside counsel; respond to discovery and prepare responses.
• Conduct legal research and assist with leasing-related issues and meetings.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all duties.
