Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to join our team based out of our Frisco, TX offices. The role supports discovery, pleadings, and deposition processes with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience required.
• Paralegal certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare form/draft Discovery Requests, Responses and Supplements and Expert Designations.
• Prepare simple Pleadings (proposed orders, scheduling orders, etc.).
• Prepare Notices to Produce and Notices of Deposition.
• Prepare Records Subpoenas and follow-up.
• Prepare certified mailings of Discovery/Pleadings.
• Review Depositions at attorney’s request.
• Review and Summarize Employment and Medical Records.
• Prepare Trial Notebooks.
• Enter own time in billing system.
