Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paralegal experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, contracts, and other substantive legal documents.
• Strong discovery experience with document review, productions, deadlines, and follow-up items.
• Ability to review agreements, identify legal issues, and determine next steps.
• Strong legal writing, research, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support complex commercial litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, contracts, and other substantive documents.
• Review contracts and case materials to identify facts, issues, risks, and follow-up.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support litigation strategy and filings.
• Assist with hearing, deposition, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Manage discovery processes and document production.
• Coordinate document collection with internal teams and outside counsel.
