Asked + Answer is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with project management expertise to join a direct-hire, full-time team. You will own complex civil litigation cases, manage calendars, draft and file pleadings, and streamline workflows across teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years California litigation paralegal experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with legal tech platforms such as iManage, Relativity, or Clio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of California litigation paralegal experience.
• Proven project management skills; formal training or certification a plus.
• Expertise in California civil procedure and multi-jurisdictional case coordination.
• Proficiency with legal tech platforms (iManage, Relativity, Clio, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of civil litigation from pre-filing through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial materials.
• Finalize, format, file and serve pleadings and discovery.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel for timely filings.
• Oversee litigation calendars, deadlines, and task delegation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Implement and refine case management systems and document workflows.
• Track progress on high-volume discovery and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Serve as a liaison between legal teams and operations to streamline communication.
