Qualifications

• Minimum five years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred.
• Ability to manage complex cases from filing through trial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and prioritization.
• Professionalism, empathy, and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Case Management and Strategy: manage a high-volume caseload and support case strategy.
• Advanced Legal Support: draft, review, and file complex pleadings and discovery documents; support trial prep.
• Communication and Coordination: maintain frequent client and court communications; coordinate subpoenas and filings across jurisdictions.
• Leadership and Mentorship: guide junior paralegals and contribute to department best practices.
