The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our high-performance team. You will support 2-3 litigation attorneys, help build cases, gather evidence, review records, and coordinate with clients and experts to move matters toward trial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh NC.
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering evidence and reviewing records for cases.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and attorneys; prepare for depositions and mediations.
• Schedule depositions/mediation sessions and coordinate trial logistics.
• Prepare for and attend trials; help build and manage litigation files.
• Communicate case updates and gather information to aid case strategy.
