Job summary

D3 Search, on behalf of a respected AMLAW ranked national law practice, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Los Angeles office. The role features a hybrid 3/2 work model, with two days remote and three days in-office, and requires complex litigation experience including discovery, databases, and trial support.

The candidate should have 5+ years of paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree and paralegal program, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of paralegal program, or clear demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skill.
• Knowledge of court and agency procedures and rules.
• Time and task management.
• Attention to detail in the firm’s work product and client service.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for litigation team communications and file management.
• Oversee calendar accuracy with secretaries and docketing personnel.
• Manage complex case files and document collections.
• Proofread memoranda and verify citations and Bluebook rules.
• Coordinate court filings and trial support activities.
• Assist with and participate in discovery and document production.
• Prepare exhibits for depositions and manage exhibit tracking.
• Assist attorneys at trial, arbitration, or deposition proceedings.
• Coordinate with trial tech and courtroom presentation setup.
• Oversee vendor management for document production.
