Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in collections and case management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to push matters through efficiently.
• Experience with case intake, case organization, and collections work.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and follow up persistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage case intakes and organize case files and documentation.
• Track collections matters and follow up with clients and opposing parties.
