Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong commercial litigation experience required.
• Experience managing document-intensive matters.
• Proficiency with Relativity or similar document management platforms.
• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale case files and document databases.
• Support all phases of discovery.
• Organize and track case materials and deadlines.
• Draft and assist with basic discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for hearings and trials.
• Coordinate document production and review processes.
• Support trial teams in high-profile litigation matters.
• Work collaboratively with multiple attorneys across numerous cases.
