Qualifications

• Experienced litigation paralegal with personal injury experience preferred.
• Ability to manage discovery, deposition prep, and trial support.
• Proactive, client-focused with strong work ethic and growth mindset.
• Comfortable with modern workflows and AI-assisted processes.

Responsibilities

• Own real litigation work, draft discovery materials, build medical chronologies and damages support, and assist through trial.
• Carry a focused caseload and know each case deeply.
• Handle pre-litigation with judgment, including records, demand prep, and client relations.
• Develop and improve workflows with the latest technology; collaborate with team.
• Grow on purpose through structured reviews and ongoing training.
