Job summary

Amber Hall Law in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage and advance litigation in a fast-paced personal injury practice. This hands-on role requires staying ahead of deadlines, keeping case flow under control, and supporting attorneys from filing through trial.

You will coordinate filings, drafts, discovery, and hearings, ensuring accurate, well-organized files and timely communications with clients, witnesses, and experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in litigation paralegal work, personal injury experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, calendaring and deadlines.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, notices and discovery.
• Proficient with Filevine and MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of litigation from filing to trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Maintain organized case files and databases.
• Assist attorneys for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts; gather information.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings.
