Job summary

CB Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Labor & Employment practice. You will work closely with attorneys on all phases of complex employment litigation, from initial case assessment through trial preparation and post-trial proceedings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities with limited supervision. Experience in labor and employment matters is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Experience supporting complex litigation preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case reviews and litigation strategy.
• Prepare chronologies, pleadings, and related documents.
• Coordinate discovery requests and responses, deadlines, and productions.
• Manage deposition logistics and exhibits.
• Maintain electronic case files and document databases.
• Conduct factual investigations and case-related research.
• Summarize complex records, including employment and medical records.
• Support trial preparation including binders and exhibits.
• Assist with appeals and post-trial proceedings.
