Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Litigation Paralegal and E-Discovery Specialist to support the Legal & IP Team in litigation matters and complex e-discovery projects. The role involves coordinating document collection across organizations, handling legal notices, and assisting with witness coordination for depositions, hearings and trials.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with e-discovery platforms (CasePoint), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with e-discovery project management and large document sets.
• Comfortable with technology and diverse software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support across claims and disputes, coordinating with attorneys.
• Manage e-discovery processes and document collection across the company.
• Coordinate employee witness identification, depositions, hearings and trials.
• Assist with intake of legal notices and budgeting for outside counsel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Finance on legal matters.
