Job summary

Gainor Staffing in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid role. You will support complex litigation teams through discovery and trial preparation, with emphasis on federal filings and document management.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in complex litigation, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and preferably an ABA Paralegal Certificate, along with strong research, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of complex litigation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal court procedures, e‑filing, Bluebooking, and cite‑checking.
• Proficient with MS Office, Relativity, Lexis, and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation with a focus on discovery and trial preparation.
• Prepare and electronically file court documents in federal court.
• Cite-check, Bluebook, proofread, and organize briefs, motions, and other legal filings.
• Conduct factual and legal research using online research platforms and litigation databases.
• Coordinate trial materials, including exhibits, witness files, calendars, and trial notebooks.
• Maintain case files, document databases, and litigation records while supporting special projects as needed.
