Senior Litigation Paralegal Opportunity – Sandy Springs, GA – Hybrid

Compensation

• $80,000–$90,000 base (DOE)
• Up to $100,000 for an exceptional candidate
• Medical, dental, and vision (United Healthcare – 50% employer-paid)
• 401(k) with up to 5% match (100% match on first 3%)
• 3 weeks PTO (includes vacation and sick time; flexibility offered case‑by‑case)
• Education stipend for seminars, conferences, and CLEs
• Hybrid: Fully onsite for the first 90 days, then 2 days remote per week

Role Overview

• Manage a caseload of 50+ personal injury matters
• Support cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from intake through trial
• Heavy involvement in discovery, pleadings, and motion preparation
• Act as a true right-hand to attorneys—this is a high-level, trial-focused role

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong background in personal injury litigation or insurance defense (trial-heavy exposure preferred)
• Experience with discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
• Ability to manage cases independently and hit the ground running (“plug‑and‑play”)
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating at an advanced level
• Stable work history with experience at reputable firms preferred
