We are seeking a Senior Litigation Operations Attorney to join our team. The salary range for this role is $95,000-$105,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Analyze litigation procedures for efficiency and compliance
• Draft proposals and present solutions
• Update client profiles, policies, and training materials
• Manage projects and inventories
• Respond to audit and compliance inquiries, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions
• Prepare memoranda on complex legal issues
• Analyze reports, communicate findings, and act accordingly
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties
• Use proprietary software for account management
• Follow all operational procedures
• Assist with litigation sweep analyses
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in any state where Zwicker operates
• Extensive litigation experience covering all phases of litigation
• Excellent verbal and written advocacy skills
• Understanding of litigation, client, and collections operations
• Willingness to learn litigation operations
• At least three years of experience with Zwicker & Associates, P.C.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Recovery Management Systems and query knowledge is preferred
• Motivated self-starter

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to lift five pounds or more
• Sit for up to 90% of the workday
• Ability to bend, be mobile, read, communicate effectively, and operate necessary equipment
• Occasional travel as needed
• Availability for a flexible 40-hour workweek
