This position provides intermediate legal and contracting support for assigned functions such as commercial, general, administrative, or clinical.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Draft and review, with minimal Counsel supervision, a range of contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service agreements and other related agreements.
Interpret existing contracts and advise on contract interpretation issues, with support from Counsel as needed.
Support and provide leadership for ongoing company-wide initiatives, including contracting processes and adoption of contract-related technologies.
Maintain global inventory of contract templates, as well as manage and implement requests for new and updated templates across the company.
Train and guide legal colleagues and business teams on the use of contract-related technologies, including contract lifecycle management tools.
Train and guide business teams on the use of legal routine, non-standard or more complex contract templates, issues and best practices.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with other legal colleagues and the business.

Pay Range

$79,900 - $119,800

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
