Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Litigation Marketing Senior Manager - Regulatory to lead marketing and client development for the Litigation practice. You will shape strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate with partners to drive growth and brand in a fast-paced legal environment.

Reporting to the Associate Director or Director of Marketing, you will oversee budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including thought leadership, RFPs, events, and client program execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Proficiency with firm applications and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development plans for assigned practice group(s) and partners.
• Lead and mentor marketing staff to implement plan priorities, events, and RFPs/RFIs.
• Lead the strategy development for directory submissions, awards, thought leadership, and campaigns.
