BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Litigation Associate in Seattle, WA with 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. The attorney will handle high-stakes disputes across energy, healthcare, and real estate, in state and federal courts, leading motions, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience; ideally at a top-tier firm.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to the Washington bar in good standing.
• Ability to lead matters independently and manage clients with limited oversight.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or intellectual property litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead motions practice, drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Own deposition strategy and execution, including taking and defending key depositions.
• Direct all phases of discovery and end-to-end discovery strategy.
• Drive case strategy and execution, aligning tactics with business objectives.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, providing strategic advice and updates.
• Lead hearings and proceedings and take a leadership role in trial preparation.
• Manage matters holistically, including budgets, staffing, and timelines.
• Supervise and develop junior team members and provide guidance.
