Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Washington-licensed attorney with 5–10 years of litigation experience for our Seattle, WA office. The successful candidate will gain experience in all stages of trial preparation and trial, working alongside a seasoned team of litigators.

The role involves managing a caseload, trial preparation, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and client communications in a collaborative environment with a focus on strategic, client-centered advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed to practice law in Washington.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims.
• Prepare for trial, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation.
• Conduct research into complex litigation areas.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Attend hearings.
• Communicate with clients.
