The attorney will handle a sophisticated mix of commercial, real estate, construction, EPL, and D&O matters, with contact to clients and carriers. This hybrid role may be based in New York or Connecticut; appearance in NYC courts is required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Active New York Bar admission and good standing.
• Substantial experience in commercial and real estate litigation, with exposure to construction matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently with senior guidance.

• Manage cases from filing through trial with direct client contact.
• Attend court conferences, depositions, and hearings as needed.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses meticulously.
• Provide timely status reports to clients and carriers.
