Orion Placement is seeking a senior litigation attorney for a fully on-site role in Nashville, Tennessee. The candidate will manage all phases of litigation, draft pleadings and discovery, take and defend depositions, and work directly with clients to shape case strategy.

Ideal candidates will have Tennessee bar admission, 7+ years of litigation experience, and a $250k portable book of business. Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills are essential; prior experience in transportation,

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• $250k portable annual book of business.
• Strong legal writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently.
• Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials.
• Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex matters.
• Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy.
