Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices.

Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction is required, with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes. Strong drafting and damages calculation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
