This role involves client communication, supervising associates, and collaborating with experts. The position offers a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote flexibility and a competitive salary range of $400,000 – $525,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
