DLA Piper is seeking a talented writer as a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group, Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup, to work with its Class Actions group. This position is a non-partnership track and is open to any US office, with a preference for New York metropolitan based candidates.

The role emphasizes drafting briefs and motions, reviewing discovery, and shaping case strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a hybrid in-office/work-from-home

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where you are applying.

Minimum Education

Experience

Physical Demands

Pay Transparency

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $235,000 - $400,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
