Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for a respected law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate handles challenging civil litigation matters, communicates directly with clients, and takes ownership of cases.

Responsibilities include managing matters from inception to resolution, developing case strategy, handling depositions and hearings, preparing for trial, and collaborating with a seasoned legal team. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in Arizona.
• Significant civil litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and assess litigation risks.
• Handle depositions, hearings, motions and other litigation proceedings.
• Prepare matters for trial and, when appropriate, take cases to trial.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Work independently while collaborating with an experienced legal team.
