micro1 is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to support a frontier AI evaluation project focused on complex commercial disputes. This remote engagement leverages your deep litigation experience to guide real-world input for model training.

You will draft and supervise case materials, mentor junior contributors, and ensure high-quality submissions while operating from public materials. Start promptly and collaborate with a distributed team of legal experts across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Licensed US attorney with active bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
10+ years of hands-on US litigation experience, including trial work.
Fluent in pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and resolutions.
Strong ability to guide junior contributors and maintain high drafting quality.

Responsibilities

Seed realistic multi-turn litigation scenarios with detailed facts and issues.
Direct junior legal contributors in producing briefs, motions, and letters.
Conduct holistic quality control for all litigation turns and submissions.
Develop rubrics defining success criteria for each litigation stage.
Identify ambiguities and edge cases to challenge AI performance.
Coordinate with team leads and ensure project alignment while using public materials.
