Qualifications include a California bar license, 5–7 years of civil litigation with debt-collection exposure, leadership experience, and strong writing

Qualifications

• Active California law license and admitted to practice before California courts.
• 5–7 years of civil litigation experience; debt collection exposure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role and demonstrated settlement skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage state-specific litigation workflows and litigation forms.
• Conduct document review and discovery; prepare and file legal documents.
• Lead settlement discussions and coordinate with opposing counsel and clients.
• Communicate with the Managing Attorney and clients to discuss case details.
• Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and case law to inform strategy.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to junior attorneys.
