Qualifications

• Licensed in CA and in good standing.
• Thorough knowledge of California Civil Procedure.
• JD degree required.

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve collection claims.
• Represent clients in civil California collection matters.
• Prepare pleadings for timely case progression.
• Maintain contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers.
• Manage the docket, including trial preparation and post-judgment enforcement.
• Assist in the management and supervision of cases.
