Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience required.
• 8+ years preferred.
• Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, zoning matters, trusts and estates disputes, and related matters.
• Significant autonomy and client interaction.
