LHH is hiring a Litigation Associate in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to join a well-regarded firm known for handling complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate has about 2+ years of litigation experience and strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills.

You will handle matters from inception to resolution, draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take depositions, and manage cases with support from a seasoned team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling business, commercial, shareholder, contract, employment, real estate, fiduciary, or other complex civil litigation matters.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent businesses, owners, and professionals in a broad range of disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage cases through trial or resolution.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys in a well-established and growing litigation practice.
• Meaningful client contact and responsibility.
• Clear path to partnership with a firm that has a strong track record of internal advancement.
