gpac is partnering with a well-established Dallas-based litigation law firm to recruit a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience for its commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate can independently manage sophisticated matters, mentor junior attorneys, and maintain direct client contact in a collaborative, business‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses, including experts.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Active Texas law license.
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with insurance coverage disputes strongly preferred.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial and business-entity issues.
• Ability to manage a demanding docket independently.

The firm handles complex commercial and insurance-related disputes and offers a collaborative, business-focused environment with direct partner interaction.

The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice. This role is well-suited for an attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters while mentoring junior attorneys and maintaining direct client contact.
