The Dallas-based litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice. This role requires independent handling of sophisticated matters, mentorship of junior attorneys, and direct client contact in a full-time, in-office capacity.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license.
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and motion practice skills.
• Experience with insurance coverage disputes preferred.
• Trial, arbitration, mediation, or appellate experience.
• Ability to manage a demanding docket independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses, including experts.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
