Distinct | North America is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for our Washington, DC hybrid office. The role centers on civil litigation defense, with a focus on cases moving from suit to settlement or trial.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of civil defense experience, including insurance defense, a JD, and a DC bar license (or waivable). You’ll engage with clients from major corporations to individuals in a fast-paced firm.
