Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Litigation Associate in Virginia to represent clients in complex disputes, including commercial litigation and government investigations, with a focus on trial preparation and appellate readiness. You will lead teams, manage multi-jurisdictional matters, and advise on risk, compliance, and strategy, while interacting with clients and developing the firm’s practice.

Ideal candidates have substantial lead-associate experience in federal and state court

Qualifications

• Lead associate with experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Experience with government and internal investigations.
• Employment-related disputes and compliance reviews desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in federal and state courts.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and key filings.
• Manage discovery, including document strategy, review, and production.
• Support and lead responses to government investigations and enforcement actions.
• Conduct and assist with internal investigations, including witness interviews.
• Prepare investigative reports and client-facing analyses.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Prepare clients for testimony before agencies and committees.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
