Job summary

The successful candidate will analyze, research, and draft briefs on complex litigation, prepare motions (dismissals and summary judgments), and participate in trials and depositions. JD and Virginia Bar are required; state and federal court experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Virginia Bar.
• Experience with state and federal court litigation.
• Preferred experience in trials and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare motions for state and federal court, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
• Participate in trials and hearings, including taking and defending depositions.
