Qualifications

• 5+ years of trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Oregon.
• Experience with construction defect or casualty law is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle trial preparations and represent clients in court.
• Assist clients with construction defect and casualty cases.
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulations.
