Job description

Nationally recognized insurance and liability litigation law firm has immediate need for North Carolina barred Sr. Litigation Associate/Counsel to join their Commercial/Insurance Defense practice.

Our client has a national platform with top-tier litigation resources. You will work with some of the best trial lawyers and litigators in the country, gain immediate exposure to high-value, complex commercial and insurance defense matters, and get real, hands-on litigation, client contact, and courtroom experience.

This role will be remote, but candidate must be able to attend court appearances throughout the Western District of North Carolina.

A license and in good standing with the NC Bar is required along with 4 plus years of litigation experience in commercial, general liability, or insurance defense, as well as strong courtroom experience.
