Job summary

The Standard Legal Recruiting is assisting a regional law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, in recruiting an experienced litigation attorney for its insurance defense trial practice. The ideal candidate will help manage discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in oral arguments, and work with expert witnesses toward trial readiness.

Qualified applicants will have NC licensure or eligibility, a strong track record in litigation, and a demonstrated interest in developing as a trial

A full-service regional law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its well-established insurance defense trial practice in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The team has a national reach and represents clients in a diverse range of litigation matters, including product liability, consumer fraud, premises liability, manufacturing defects, industrial accidents, and transportation. The practice is led by a seasoned trial attorney who is a leader at the firm and has been recognized as a top attorney in the field by leading legal industry publications.

The team is seeking an experienced litigation attorney who is looking to play a key role across all phases of a robust litigation practice, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, handling oral arguments, working with expert witnesses, and going to trial.
