The role involves providing comprehensive litigation support to multiple attorneys, preparing pleadings, motions and court filings in accordance with rules, and managing heavy caseloads.

• Familiarity with labor and employment or commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to multiple attorneys, managing heavy and complex caseloads.
• Prepare, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence in compliance with applicable court rules.
• Prepare court filings for state, federal and appellate courts, including electronic and traditional filings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and track travel reimbursements.
• Assist with discovery and trial support, including document production and exhibit preparation.
• Create and maintain filing systems and databases for efficient data retrieval.
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates.
