Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related field.
• 5+ years lithography experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Understand and optimize lithography processes and procedures.
• Plan and execute experiments for new technologies and processes.
• Drive yield, reliability, throughput, cost, and safety improvements.
• Perform advanced data analysis.
• Apply SPC/DOE to establish robust processes and improvements.
• Respond promptly to out-of-control process conditions.
• Manage disposition of non-conforming material.
• Prioritize production support and other responsibilities.
• Generate process instruction specifications.
• Communicate procedures to operators and technicians.
• Support operators, technicians, and engineers to improve factory efficiency.
