Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee a strategic product portfolio in Treasury Solutions. You will drive lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and market analysis while collaborating with sales and leadership to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, leading P&L for product families, and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in financial services or consulting with strategy and product management.
• Strong leadership, marketing and communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices.
• Proven ability to develop and manage product lifecycles and P&L.
• Experience supporting sales and market analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, manage and coordinate activities for the product portfolio.
• Develop pricing strategies, discount structures and sales channel guidelines.
• Lead product line profitability analysis and business planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual product line updates for leadership.
• Mentor junior product managers and analysts; drive process improvements.
