Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Treasury Business Systems Analyst to lead the Liquidity platform modernization, translating regulatory needs into clear requirements and ensuring compliance. You will coordinate across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology to deliver a scalable, modular FR 2052a-first solution.

You will guide data governance, profiling, and testing, while maintaining strong stakeholder communications and working in a hybrid environment at Schwab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in business systems analysis or related fields, preferably in banking/regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements and use cases.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, lineage, and audit evidence.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills, including large datasets and root-cause analysis.
• Facilitation and stakeholder-management to drive decisions and alignment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management for Liquidity modernization workstreams from discovery through validation.
• Define FR 2052a-first data foundation supporting liquidity analytics and monitoring.
• Translate regulatory expectations into complete, testable requirements and interfaces.
• Document current-state processes, pain points, and target-state workflows; secure decisions.
• Maintain end-to-end process maps, data-flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and mappings.
• Serve as liaison to technology and data teams, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Profile data, validate transformations, and support issue resolution using SQL.
• Define testing strategy, coordinate UAT, and ensure business readiness.
