Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for LiquidStack liquid cooling in North America. You will bridge engineering with market demand and financial sustainability within a global, fast-paced team.

You will work with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure cost, quality and timelines while engaging Tier 1 hyperscalers and data-center clients to refine features and value propositions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business or equivalent.
• 7+ years in product management or related fields.
• Strong financial literacy and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap for LiquidStack’s liquid cooling portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing and launch.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends for AI data center cooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to meet cost/quality/timeline targets.
• Engage with Tier 1 hyperscalers and colocation providers to gather VOC and validate features.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop value propositions, pricing strategies and sales tools.
• Develop value-based pricing models and Total Cost of Ownership tools for liquid cooling products
• Collaborate with finance, operations and commercial teams to manage pricing strategies and targets
• Act as advisor on discounting and margin floors for account management teams
• Build and maintain price lists and CPQ logic to streamline sales
• Monitor product performance and revenue trends to adjust strategies
• Understand price sensitivity across regions and segments
• Liaise across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product Management for customer projects
• Analyze adoption metrics and customer satisfaction to drive improvement
