Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Engineer to support SITEC 3 EOM at MacDill AFB, Florida. The role focuses on Linux server environments and Windows Server, with emphasis on secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure in on-prem and cloud setups.

You will work with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms (e.g., SailPoint), ensure system availability and security, and collaborate across time zones with cybersecurity and IT teams to deliver mission-critical operations 24x7x365.

Qualifications

• Min 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 451 - System Administrator - Intermediate level or higher
• DoW TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain secure Linux server environments with Windows Server support.
• Protect system availability, integrity, performance, and security across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage identity technologies and IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint).
• Collaborate with admins, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and other stakeholders across multiple time zones.
