The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong knowledge in various operating systems, virtualization technologies, and IT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of VMware virtualization technology.
• Experience with IT infrastructure such as servers, switches, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Provide tier 3 troubleshooting and support.
