Job summary

Millennium is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure engineer to join our Linux platform team in Miami. You will own incident resolution, manage fleet-scale RHEL environments, and operate Kubernetes clusters in a high‑availability setting.

This role emphasizes automation with Chef/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and robust observability using Prometheus and OpenSearch. You should have 5+ years in Linux, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with AD/Kerberos/OAuth, plus a bias for proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience focused on Linux environments; financial services experience is preferred.
• Deep expertise in enterprise Linux (RHEL) at fleet scale.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and container technologies (deployments, Helm, OCI builds).
• Experience with hardware diagnostics (HPE, Dell) and out-of-band tools.
• Proficient in Bash and Python; knowledge of AD/Kerberos/OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents across the Linux estate; drive follow-up actions.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and manage Helm deployments and image builds.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for OS and container images.
• Administer RHEL fleet, patching, lifecycle management, and immutable image pipelines.
• Manage Linux authentication across AD, Kerberos, and OAuth environments.
• Utilize Prometheus and OpenSearch for observability and issue resolution.
• Review AI agents and participate in on-call rotation for Linux services.
