Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks a Linux Platform Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph to design, deploy, and maintain internal developer platforms in the Columbia area. You will work with Dev and Ops to automate pipelines and improve platform resilience.

Responsibilities include platform design, automation with Ansible, observability with Prometheus/Grafana, troubleshooting, and enforcing security and compliance standards while enhancing developer tooling and experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Strong Linux systems administration and automation experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and platform design.

Responsibilities

• Platform design, deployment, and maintenance of internal developer environments.
• Automate workflows and configuration tasks with Ansible to accelerate delivery.
• Monitor health and performance with modern observability tools.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure defects across environments.
• Enforce security controls and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline deployments and tooling.
